Our voicemail system during that time will transcribe your message and send it to us by email. However, the service is pretty poor, so you will want to speak slowly and distinctly. Again, your best recourse is email !
If you have issues, and have delayed in reporting them, DO IT NOW ! This is your best time to get help ! 99% of the calls we get when we are out of the office are on issues that should have been handled earlier ( ie. a system hadn’t updated for 3 months … )
