July 8-13, Email support only

For the week of July 8 to 13, MasterLink Software will be providing email support only.  Send your requests to Support@MasterLinkSoftware.com for a quick response.  Also, your Email option within Auto Shop Writer will also me working.

This means we will not be available to provide online, or telephone, support.  We have not, and will not, release any auto updates prior to this time.  Consequently, the only problems you might likely encounter will be questions about how to do things, and that we can happily answer by email.

The available support options provided by most companies now is strictly email or “forum” ( meaning hope your fellow users can assist ).  The normal response time is stated as 48 to 72 hours, although we see some companies now expanding that from 5 to 8 business days. 

You can expect a response to your emails within an hour under most circumstances.  We will make every effort to honor that time frame next week.

During the past few weeks, MasterLink Software has been updating our management system, and our websites.

As part of the new ASW website, we would love to use photos and quotes from our clients on the Home page.  If you would like to take part, please take a few minutes to send an email with a few lines about ASW and your shop, plus one or more photos.  You can address them to timstone@masterlinksoftware.com .  Attach the photos in whatever format you have.

This is completely voluntary, but your assistance will help us keep people informed about the opportunities that they can have using ASW, and new clients would enable us to expand our features and services.
